When the CDA submitted the rotation schedule to the FAA, they anticipated construction on Runway 10L-28R for pavement rehabilitation during the week of August 14 and subsequently identified a construction alternative of Runway 10C-28C as the rotation runway.  Runway 10L-28R will not be in construction during the week of August 14 as planned and the construction alternative of Runway 10C-28C will no longer needed. CDA reverted back to the original plan of utilizing Runway 10L-28R as the single rotation runway for the week of August 14 .
