The Fly Quiet Committee met on Thursday, April 22 via Zoom teleconferencing
The CDA gave a final summary of the Interim Fly Quiet program, which ran from November 2019 through the last week of January 2021, with a construction pause during summer 2020. The 48-week program had an average start time of 10:32 pm and stop time of 6:16 am. The average time in Fly Quiet mode was approximately 7 hours and 44 minutes with 47 percent designated runway usage.
The remainder of the meeting focused on suggested modifications to alternatives B and H. The committee continues to focus on reviewing and revising these two alternatives.
The next Fly Quiet meeting will be held on May 27 at 9:30 am via Zoom teleconferencing.
