Recap:
- Landrum & Brown presented the Modeling Analysis they conducted for the Fly Quiet Program proposal.
- The ONCC will send a letter to the Chicago Department of Aviation reaffirming the Commission's support of the Fly Quiet Program and urging continuation of the review process.
- Vice Chair Jennifer Kelsall reviewed the ONCC Executive Committee Strategic Planning Session Report, which summarized the committee's August meeting.
- Members were updated on the process for renewing the Intergovernmental Agreement. The agreement is expected to be approved by the Chicago City Council in October. Once that occurs, the agreement will be sent to members for signature and must be returned to the ONCC by December 31, 2025.
- CDA Consultants Landrum & Brown presented the August ANMS report.
